Hi everyone, as promised here is the recipe for the banana coconut pancakes with strawberry sauce and fresh berries. Give it a go, it's super duper easy and takes about 20 mins to prepare + dehydration time. If you're like me and have a problem waiting for things to dehydrate, I pop it in over night so that it's ready for me when I get up the next day. Delicious!!!!
