Kicked off TEEN FIT today with this super tough brother/sister duo. This is a strength and conditioning exercise program geared for incoming 7th-12th graders who want to stay in shape for sports over the summer
Mon-Thurs 11am $25/week or $75/month per kid. 10%discount for multiple children in the same immediate family. Message us if you’d like to sign your teens up!

This classtime is on a trial basis and will only remain a part of our schedule if people show up for it, so be sure to come join in!
