This will be my 4th transplant. I started dealing with kidney failure since I 17. Had my first transplant at the age of 17 kept it for 5.5 years and then lost it. Went back on Dialysis and was there for 7years. Had my 2nd at the age of 30. Had that transplant for 4.5 years and lost it due to major complications. Went back on dialysis for 2.5 years and then had my 3rd transplant and I had this current on for 9 yrs. I am currently back on the transplant list for number 4. I have had to quit work and get on disability because of the damages of all the medications and multiple illnesses that have happened over the years.
Life is pretty tough but by the grace of God and the most amazing people around I am fighting!
