No time, no problem! I totally understand the dilemma we face when our lives are so busy!!

As a busy working mum with several hats to wear I totally get it. I am constantly juggling... and I want you to know I've got you covered!

Here is a selection of my go to snacks for when I know ill be short on time and still want to eat nutritiously!

• Apple slices and nut butter
• Cucumber and / or carrot sticks with hummus
• Dark choc and berries
• Turkey roll ups with lettuce wraps
• Greek yoghurt with seeds and berries
• Cherry tomatoes and feta cheese
• Oat cakes and avocado and tomato
• Cheese and wholegrain crackers
• Cottage cheese and vege crudites
• Sliced bell peppers with home made guacamole
• Trail mix with nuts and an apple
• Hard cheese with pear or apple slices
• Small portion of leftovers
• Biltong

Hoping some of these takes your fancy and you can incorporate into your busy life! Things like a trail mix or biltong are especially great if you are travelling!
