We all know exercise is important, but—finding time for it feels impossible some days, right?

Between work, family, and everything else life throws at you, it’s easy to push movement to the bottom of the list.

Here’s the thing: during menopause, even a little movement can make a big difference in how you feel.

You don’t need to hit the gym for hours or commit to intense routines to see the benefits.

Even small, simple activities can help you feel stronger, boost your energy, and manage your menopausal symptoms.

Think about it: a short walk, a quick stretch, or a few minutes of something you enjoy can do wonders.

Most of the women I’ve worked with didn’t think they had the time or energy to exercise.

But after adding just a bit of movement into their daily routine, they noticed huge changes—better mood, more energy, and feeling more in control of their bodies.


So, if you’re feeling like there’s no time or you're too exhausted, remember, it’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what works for you, even if it’s just a little.

But by the time you’re supposed to get going, your energy’s already vanished.

Instead of tackling tasks, you’re pushing through with whatever energy you can scrape together.

So many women think that something is wrong with them or that they’re going crazy when they experience changes in their bodies after 40 (for some, it happens sooner, and for others, like me, much later in post-menopause).

They keep thinking: “ But I'm only 40.”

“I'm doing everything and still need more energy.”

“I haven't changed anything, so why am I gaining weight? I eat right, and I exercise."

The sad part is that our doctors and gynecologists don’t prepare us for this stage either—and it’s not their fault (there are many reasons why).

They only run the blood work and tell you that you’re in peri- or menopause.

And you, on the other hand, don’t even know what to ask your doctor, so you leave the office still wondering, “What’s wrong with me?”

We love that freshly brewed smell, the warm cup in our hands, and the way it seems to kickstart the day.

Ladies over 40! Can’t sleep through the night?
It’s 2 a.m., and you’re staring at the ceiling, wide awake.
You’ve already tried calming teas, reading, and every trick in the book, but nothing seems to work.
Night after night, poor sleep leaves you feeling more tired in the morning than when you went to bed.
Menopause can wreak havoc on your sleep patterns due to hormone fluctuations, which can cause everything from hot flashes to anxiety and restlessness at night.
When your hormones are imbalanced, getting deep, restorative sleep becomes even more difficult, leading to a vicious cycle of sleepless nights and tired days.

Are you waking up already tired?

You’re getting out of bed, but it feels like you barely slept at all.

Before you know it, you’re reaching for that first (or third) cup of coffee just to make it through the morning.

Sound familiar?

This kind of constant fatigue isn't just frustrating—it's draining, and it impacts everything from how you show up in your business/work to how you feel in your daily life.

But here’s the thing: caffeine can only do so much.

If you’re feeling constantly tired, your body might be telling you that something deeper is going on.

Hormonal changes during menopause can cause energy imbalances that no amount of coffee can fix.

When your hormones are out of sync, your body struggles to maintain the energy you need, leaving you feeling sluggish and running on fumes.

Next time you feel the urge to down another coffee, consider whether it’s more than just a rough night’s sleep.

It could be your hormones signaling that it’s time to make a shift.
