Hello! It’s been a while. I hope you had a good summer 😊. School is well under way. How are you feeling? Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or are you feeling on top of things? Here’s some tips to help you get a good start to the year:
1. Set goals. This gives you something to work toward. 2) write down a to do list. This will help keep you organized and not forget things 3) try to remove homework distractions like screens. You’ll be more productive and have something to look forward to instead 4) engage in self care to recharge your battery. This can be taking a nap, hanging out with friends, or going to the gym. 5) cheer yourself on! You can do this!
