Hello, everyone! I’m Nicola, the woman behind Macale.
Throughout my career, I’ve held client-facing positions in various sectors such as rest-homes, Spark, home-based education, orthodontic offices, and currently a primary school. My passion lies in working with people and helping them achieve success in their businesses.
I’m not just a bookkeeper. I’ve successfully managed several offices, providing valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the overall efficiency of a business. I enjoy offering advice to help with their success. My expertise lies in tidying and organising, where I enjoy transforming chaotic systems into smooth operating systems.
As for my qualifications, I hold a Business Administration Certificate, am recognised as a Xero adviser and partner, and currently studying - Introduction to accounting and management through Open Polytechnic. However, my most valuable “qualification” is life experience and 15 years of hands-on experience in administration, client-facing positions, and finance roles.
