These homemade choco chips atta cookies are crunchy, chocolaty and made with the wholesome goodness of whole wheat.❤️
Perfect with chai, coffee & nice snack options for your kids.😍

Tips: Your can add jaggery powder instead of sugar as well.
For eggless bakery-style cookies, do not overmix.
For more crunch, bake 2–3 minutes extra.
For softer cookies, remove when centers still look slightly soft.
You can add 1 tbsp cocoa powder for a more chocolaty version.🍫🍪

Without oven🫕
Bake in a kadhai/cooker on low flame for about 15–20 minutes with preheating.

Walnuts are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, healthy fats & antioxidants — important for growth after 6 months.

⚠️ Never give whole walnuts (choking risk).
How to include 👇
✔ Lightly dry roast and grind into fine powder
✔ Soak overnight and blend into smooth paste
✔ Mix into porridge, oats, dalia, khichdi or pancakes

Quantity guide 👶
• 6–8 months: Start with ¼ tsp powder, 2–3 times/week
• 8–12 months: ½ tsp, 3–4 times/week
• 1 year+: 1 tsp as part of meals

Always introduce small amounts and watch for allergies.

Yes ❤️ — you can include dates in your baby’s diet, but the right way and right age matters a lot.

After 6 months (once solids are introduced)
❌ Never give whole dates — they are sticky and a choking risk.

🌟 Benefits of Dates for Babies
Natural source of iron
Rich in fiber (helps mild constipation)
Provides natural energy
Contains potassium & antioxidants
Natural sweetness (helps avoid refined sugar)
Great for weight gain recipes in a healthy way 👌

⚠️ Safety First
Dates are:
Very sticky
Dense
Easy to choke on
Always modify texture according to age.

✅ Safe Ways to Give Dates
6–8 months
Soak 1–2 dates in warm water
Remove skin
Blend into smooth paste(as a smoothie)
Mix with porridge, dalia, oats, or kheer
8–10 months
Thick date puree in pancakes or halwa
10+ months
Very finely chopped (only if baby chews well)

🚫 Avoid If:
Baby has dental concerns (clean gums/teeth after)
Baby is under 6 months
You’re giving large sticky pieces
