Sina shares with us her love of performance, what burlesque actually is, and the incredible way she feels and moves the energy in the room when performing live. Have you ever felt so anxious about something that it didn’t seem rational? For me, that’s how I felt with public speaking and specifically speaking about how I really felt on topics and what I really believe.

That’s right, it was the Witch Wound trying to keep me safe. Although I *know* my chances of being burned at the stake are low this life, my nervous system wasn’t convinced.
Reacting to the intense fears and phobias I had really weren’t serving me in my life any more, in fact they were holding me back from expanding into myself and to do the work I really wanted to do.

So - I lent ALL the way in! After having some past life memories of persecution and torture for being a witch, I knew it was in this life that resolution needed to happen. And so this podcast was born!

In this episode, I share with you some of the challenges and inner experiences I had preparing to launch this podcast, and I announce something SUPER SPECIAL this episode! Something my past life witch self would be so proud of (I hope). A creative project using my voice that I previously NEVER thought I would ever feel confident enough to do.

One thing that has truly stood out and been the highlight for me during the launch of my podcast Spiritually Sovereign has been my COMMUNITY.⁣
⁣
I’m am so proud and honoured to say that I am surrounded by the most loving, supportive and generous people. BEYOND incredible humans. When I have asked for help - they are there, in a heartbeat, fully present and gosh does it feel so easeful and fun as a result! I am so held.⁣
⁣
I’m considering my sister-wound dissolved. This is what it means to repair, expand and take flight. ⁣
⁣
It’s times like this I’m reminded that we are stronger together, that I can trust others and that I’m not alone.⁣
⁣

About Lisa & Inside The Prism

Lisa Kotz is a Life & Self-Sovereignty Coach who works with spirit-led womxn who are ready to claim their sovereignty, lead with feminine wisdom and be of service, moving through the world with courage and discernment.

Lisa is also an intuitive healer, Reiki Master, claircognisant and clairsentient Lemurian Priestess and an alchemical sacred space holder. She has worked in health care for almost two decades, mostly as an intensive care nurse. Helping others to feel seen, heard and held is her sacred work.

Lisa has a special gift of holding sacred space for others to guide multidimensional healing, transformation and evolution both in her private sessions with clients and her professional nursing practice.
