Our Story
Balanced Harmony Massage is a small office/mobile massage company that delivers relaxation in the comfort of your office or home or event in the Tidewater area of Virginia.
As a certified massage therapist since 2006, Elise is experienced in various types of massage including sports, oncology, medical, Ortho-Bionomy® and Manual Lymphatic massage. At Balanced Harmony, Elise has served as a massage therapist for many clients, from cancer patients to professional athletes, including members of Norfolk’s hockey team. As an athlete herself, Elise understands the importance of massage for recovery. She is a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and Certified Neural Reset Therapist. She is also certified by the Virginia State Board of Nursing and certified in Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy (Vodder School).
