Proper way to over head squat. As you can see the ball doesn’t come completely over the head, this shows a lack of mobility of the shoulder. Strengthening the posterior muscles and stretching the pectoralis muscles around the shoulders can help improve shoulder mobility. Purchasing a few exercises on how to improve shoulder mobility can be a great way to start off December.

Attention athletes! Want to improve and strengthen not only your Rotator Cuff Muscles but your Range of Motion (ROM) as well? By having a light weight medicine ball and Laterally Abduct the shoulder with flexion in the elbow while concentrically strengthening your internal Rotator Cuff muscles and external Rotator Cuff muscles you can strengthen these muscles by throwing the ball, movement from the shoulder, while keeping the elbow same height as your shoulder.
