If you hit up Walmart during your holiday shopping, be sure to head to their gluten-free food aisle. I love that Walmart’s GF brand won’t break the bank. We use the choco cookies as a pie crust base for cheesecake 😋🍪

JFK may have had celiac disease because of his Irish roots. Very interesting article. Both sides of my family are of Irish descent. My father immigrated to the US from Ireland as a child.

Five Guys Burgers & Fries is my guilty pleasure 🍔🍟😍 What's better than a dedicated fryer and seriously on-point knowledge of Celiac Disease? The cashier alerts the food prep of an allergy order, gloves are changed, and one person prepares the meal from start to finish.

I tried eating my burger in a lettuce wrap (I usually get it in a container so I can cut it up). Definitely needed extra napkins while eating it wrap-style 😂
