We grow in the uncomfortable moments.. be brave, be courageous.. Im still trying to find my voice after the abuse..that's one thing that has been hard for me, to speak up or just communicate in general sometimes is really hard when you weren't allowed to for so long and when you did you paid for it..but I've been doing the inner work and making s**t uncomfortable so we can all grow together lol 😅

Today was a like a tornado of emotion in the best possible way..I went out to the trails for pretty much the first time since rama died. I'm really glad I did.. It lights up my soul and makes me feel all warm inside seeing so many people ride bmx and kick ass, in his honor. He was something special, and not just to me, THAT is for sure! I wish I would of took pictures but I basically just took it all in, living in the moment. I haven't seen some of these friends in 5 years!!! That's nuts!
