We are excited to announce the first in a series of new offerings..

lets drop into SOUL..

A small group day retreat in a Yurt in the beautiful sussex countryside.

We will be weaving in

*Internal Family Systems practices
*work with archetypes
*partner and larger group connection
*nature connection
*somatic and art practices.

Each has its own way to invite you into a soulful connection with yourself, others and the world around you.

10-4pm, simple vegan lunch provided and tea during breaks.

This workshop will be held by Dr Lucie Turner (clinical psychologist/ecotherapist/IFS)
and Dr Charlie Sayer (integrative therapist/shamanic practitioner)

Specific location details will be provided upon booking. We are 10 mins drive from Lewes, 7 min walk from a number 29 bus that goes from Brighton.

Lets drop into SOUL.. Internal family systems therapy, deep listening conscious touch, art and nature connection all in a beautiful yurt
