For all the sugar lovers!!!

WHY YOU MUST SAY "NO" TO SUGARS ???

1. Sugar interferes with the hormonal triggering thereby not letting the the body get right signals when your stomach is full. The result is that you just keep eating and you are hungry always.

2. Sugar makes you look old. It damages your cells and will easily show up on your skin. I am sure everybody wants to look young!!!

3. Sugar in excess, gets converted to fat and results in liver damages. You just have one liver. Take care of it.

4. Eat sugar and all you want is more sugar. Its addictive!!!

5. Affects your blood vessels leading to overall impairment, which means you are just damaging your body.

Give up all the additional sugars in the form of sweets, candies, cakes, pastries, refined and processed foods. If you start giving up one at a time, you will start enjoying the real flavors of foods.

Wonder what a 1500 calorie day looks like? A weight loss journey does not have to be about deprivation! You can lose weight AND enjoy your food!

Start with breakfast (oatmeal/berries/yogurt) then 2-3 hours later have a mid-morning snack of carrots and hummus, for lunch 3 hrs later there's soup & an open faced sandwich, your afternoon snack is a handful of almonds & medium sized apple and finally for dinner have salmon, brown rice and steamed broccoli.

You will find that you'll lose weight and not feel deprived!
