Building muscle mass is the long game….it requires a big investment in consistent, progressive training, pushing yourself that extra 10% even when it feels impossible, eating right and above all resting adequately to allow repair and growth.

Creating and maintaining muscle is SO much more challenging than losing weight. But one of the best benefits is one you start to replace fat with muscle you’ll open the doors to less training and more eating (winning) since it takes more calorie to maintain 1kg of muscle than it does 1kg of fat…. so it a very worthy goal to focus on.
More muscle mass simply equates more QUALITY and LONGEVITY OF LIFE.
