Happy Monday Fitties

I hope you’re all ready to kick some ass and have solidified your Health & Wellbeing intentions for the week.

Building muscle mass is the long game….it requires a big investment in consistent, progressive training, pushing yourself that extra 10% even when it feels impossible, eating right and above all resting adequately to allow repair and growth.

And just look at our gyal L
4 inches of pure muscle mass gained. 💥

Creating and maintaining muscle is SO much more challenging than losing weight. But one of the best benefits is one you start to replace fat with muscle you’ll open the doors to less training and more eating (winning) since it takes more calorie to maintain 1kg of muscle than it does 1kg of fat…. so it a very worthy goal to focus on.

More muscle mass simply equates more QUALITY and LONGEVITY OF LIFE.

I’d like to share some major monday motivation along with the BIGGEST Mexican wave for our gyal

This was Amy 10 months ago…..a stranger to exercise and quite frankly rather unhealthy in her body composition.

Weightloss is one of the most challenging things to achieve BUT it is essential if you are carrying extra lbs (esp around the mid section) for your health & life longevity 👍🏼

You have to be patient, consistent and fully committed to changing your lifestyle FOR GOOD.

It’s a process that requires constant engagement which can get not only boring but overwhelming and exhausting. Some days you’ll feel motivated, some days you simply won’t.

Our gyal Amy has rode that rollercoaster…..hard & fast and I’d like to share with you how far she’s come in 10 short months 👀

I wanna give A MAJOR shoutout to our gyal N 💫💫

As I said on Friday, Training isn’t simply about weight management….another major element is gaining and maintaining muscle mass and what we often don’t appreciate is HOW MUCH HARDER its is and how MUCH LONGER it takes to gain muscle than it does to decrease fat.

BUUUUUT look at N …..she’s on her way - 8lbs of lean muscle mass gained!!!!

It’s taken time, a solid focus on increasing calories and high quality protein intake along with consistent, progressive strength training.

Absolutely SMASHED IT 🥇
