We all have gifts. Special, unique talents we are meant to express in this life. For years I resisted my gifts, until one day back in 2010 when I was three months pregnant with my second daughter.

Our family just finished this free online video program from HeartMath. I highly recommend it! It walks you through some great tools to use during these times of uncertainty and stress. We did one or two 10 min clips a day and that worked well for the kids 🙂 Sharing in case any of you need a little extra support at this time

Big news!! As you may know my family and I set sail a few years back to make a different life. We found ourselves in love with the boating community we found. We constantly witnessed acts of kindness being performed for people who didn’t even know each other. We decided to try to take the culture we came to know and love in the cruising community mainstream. Well we used our quarantine time well and my husband put his software developer superpowers to good use. The startup project is Rippl.me. It’s an online platform that combines paying forward conscious acts of kindness with charity donations to create a ripple effect that grows exponentially into a tsunami of good. On this Earth Day we ask you to connect. To connect with the heartbeat of planet Earth. To take time to pause and to listen. To listen to all the sounds of nature. To listen to the sound of your own heartbeat. To listen to your thoughts. It is also a time to direct new thoughts. Thoughts of how you would choose to envision the relationship between Earth and Humans. Are they thoughts of peace and balance? Of love and harmony? Or are they of strife and discord? You do have a choice.

Today April 20, 2020 we wish to come to you with a message about energy. Your energy and that of planet Earth. The energy of both is rising. Rising exponentially, just as there has been an exponential rise in Covid-19 cases. The two are related. The virus has "leveled the playing field." It has had an impact on everyone around the world and because of the wide reach it has also elevated consciousness at the same time. Humans are more in resonance with fellow humans than ever before. There is a unique opportunity now to use this energy for the benefit of the whole. Do not waste this opportunity. Take time today and the next three days to sit in your power and to imagine. Imagine in your minds eye the world you would like to live in. Imagine the good of each and every person. Imagine the collaboration and cooperation that can exist between humans. And so it is.

Power. Such a small word, but so much is behind that word. In your Earth realm power has often taken on a negative connotation. Abuse of power is rampant right now and has been throughout your history. We wish to bring you back. Back to your own power, to sit in your power. To use your power and use it for good. You each have so much power inside of you that if you were to open up to that power all at once it would be completely overwhelming. As some say you do indeed have "the power to move mountains." At this time you are being called, you are ALL being called, we are calling on you to step into your power. Your power to do good. Your power to spread joy, love and kindness. This is the type of power that can literally change the world and you each have it inside of you. How do you access this power you ask? You sit in quite for a moment each day and ask, "What can I do to help?" Listen for an answer, feel a nudge, or look for a sign. Once you ask, there is no way you can not be divinely guided for all is love. You are love and you are connected to all that is, which is all LOVE.

This is what you need to know. You have been planning for this your entire life, even though you didn't know it. EVERYTHING will CHANGE and change for the better. Despite the fear this is the most joyest of times for us in spirit. To see these changes, to know what is coming for you all. It is such a gift, such beauty, such love. All is well. It is not the time to panic. It is the time to go within, to meditate, to follow your intuition. Your gifts are strengthening. Everyones gifts are strengthening.
It is not about the virus. It is about the love and connection that will be, is being as a result of the virus.
"It is not the end, it is not the beginning of the end, it is the end of the beginning."
This quote has stayed with you from your teenage years. It has been guiding you even though you didn't know it. Everything has led you to this moment in time. This moment to shine. To shine your light, to speak your truth. To be who you are and who you are meant to be. It is all love. That is all there is, LOVE.
