Flex N Fly Flex-N-Fly is bridging the gap between travel and wellness. Stretching/yoga classes at the airport. Flex-n-Fly is a travel wellness company.

We offer stretching, yoga, and relaxation classes to individuals before they board their flights as well as in-flight programs. Our high-quality classes are 35 minutes of stretching, breathwork, and restorative yoga for people struggling with anxiety prior to flying, for those looking to relax during a flight, or for those who just want to unwind prior to their trip. Classes are on the hour every hour. You can book online to reserve your spot or you can find us at an airport near you. Flex-N-Fly also offers our pop-up stretching classes in NYC. Additionally, we have our best-selling products for minimalist travelers. The Flex|Mats are our luxury yoga, Pilates, and prayer mats in both travel and regular sizes. Our mats are eco-friendly, anti-slip, and machine washable. We also sell The Flex|Bags our luxury fanny packs for travelers. Allow them to provide you with serenity and comfort. The Flex Summit: "Where Access Meets Empowerment" by Flex-N-Fly Foundation is back and we are honored to be a major sponsor to this event, joining some other incredible sponsors including, , , ,

The summit is virtual. You can join anywhere. Join for an inspiring 3-hour virtual experience bringing together the best in travel, wellness, entrepreneurship, and advocacy.

Taking place during Giving Tuesday weekend, this event directly supports The Flex-N-Fly Foundation’s mission to empower underserved communities through their 90-day community hubs in NYC.

Their programs include helping people obtain their pilot licenses, entering the aviation industry, free wellness programs (yoga, nutrition, mental health) and educate entrepreneurs how to scale their businesses through financial education.

The summit is completely donation-based, pay what you can to attend. Once you donate you will automatically be registered and your confirmation will be sent with all of the details on how to attend.

Summit part 1!

ForbesBLK Summit was an amazing experience. Flex-N-Fly got the opportunity to vendor and attend this incredible three-day event in Atlanta filled with inspiring ideas and engaging conversations about the future of our community. We were joined by leading executives, entrepreneurs, creators and changemakers from all over the world.

We networked with some incredible founders and attendees. The panels were amazing, and the energy in Morehouse, was electric and comforting. Our Flex bags received a lot of love and half of what we made will be donated to , our non-profit sector that empowers underserved communities through the power of travel, wellness, and entrepreneurship, in our 90-day hubs.
is a must. We will definitely return for the next one.
