I went from 264 to 145 and it had nothing to do with keto. I was out with my husband enjoying a very nice meal when I overheard an argument taking place at the table next to us…
I mean we were trying not to listen, but I just couldn’t help myself. They were arguing as the waitress had tried to run the card and it kept declining. I could see the young woman’s face turning red and tears falling down her cheeks.

I remember back when me and my husband were starting out and how difficult things could get. I discretely called the waitress over and I asked her to add their bill to ours.

Their faces when the waitress told them… I just can’t even describe the feeling. They were looking around to see who had paid but I thought they’d not figured out who it was.

I was in the restroom shortly afterwards when the same girl from the table stopped me as I was walking out. “I know it was you and I just want to say a massive thank you, you really didn’t have to”.

We got chatting a little and when we began talking about the food, I became a little awkward myself. The place we were in was famous for its desserts, I’d had them so many times but, on this occasion, I’d had to pass as I was on yet another diet.

“I know how I can repay you!” she said. I was a little taken aback. I told her she didn’t have to, but she insisted.

She took a few minutes to explain how her mom found out about this Exotic Island Loophole and how she had now gone from 260+ lbs to 145 lbs.

It sounded too easy but after watching the video when I got back home, I thought, why not give it a try as nothing else had been working.

The Real Truth About The Paleo Diet - Paleo Dieting Basics

With a diet as popular as the paleo diet, it’s easy to wonder what all the fuss is about. Why are thousands upon thousands of people rushing to join this new paleo lifestyle? Is it really all it’s cracked up to be? The paleo diet has gained a huge amount of popularity over the years and it’s almost certainly one of the go-to diets when people talk about weight loss and health. So, what’s it all about?

The paleo diet is essentially a diet that focuses on single ingredient foods. It’s all about fresh produce. Things like grass-fed meats, fish, poultry, fresh vegetables etc. The idea is to eat like we would have done in caveman times. It’s all about reducing our intake of processed and sugary foods and simplifying what we put in our bodies.

The paleo diet also promotes healthy fats – like the keto diet – so things like olive oil and grass-fed butter are still something you can eat. This is because fat doesn’t make you fat. It’s sugar that’s the real offender. The paleo diet leans into that fact and is all about ensuring your diet is made up of fresh produce – preferably organic.

The restrictions on the paleo diet tend to be what put people off starting it – or sticking to it. You will need to cut out things like grains, processed foods and sugar. This will reduce what you eat significantly and will mean you’ll need to make a lot of meals from scratch. What’s available in the supermarkets will now be strictly off limits – you can’t eat ready meals, pizza, cookies etc. Your normal diet will need a drastic overhaul.
