Me along with our mutual patient of Professor Dr. Obayedullah - Ferdousi Foundation Cancer and General Hospital Research Institute and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, USA Anjona Akter who has been suffering from a very, very rare cancer ‘‘Secretory Breast Cancer’ on her her teenage breast at her age 8 years since 2010. Initially she was treated with 7 times operation, 19 cycles chemotherapy and 25 fractions radiation therapy upto June 2016 at tertiary hospitals of Bangladesh with no response as the diagnosis was not correct . As our institute is the proud member of Global Cancer Institute, USA; Union International Cancer Control; American Society of Clinical Oncology etc Anjona attended at our hospital on June 2016 with critical conditions as her disease was metastasised to her lungs, bones , liver and chest wall . We placed her at a monthly video conference tumour board of Global Cancer Institute on July 2016 and thus open the door for Anjona to treat under a clinical trial of POFFCH&RI and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) , New York after diagnosis the very very rare cancer , and firstly diagnosed ‘Secretory Breast Cancer’ in the world. She has been getting treatment only by experimental drugs since 2016 till todate. We attended at 20th follow-up visit from 28th to 31st. October 2025 and all tests were found within normal rang i.e. Anjona is now fully free from cancer. And thus now we are on the way to Bangladesh through Qatar Airways on 1st November 2025. Our mutual patient of Professor Dr. Obayedullah- Ferdousi Foundation Cancer Hospital & Research Institute and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center , New York Anjona 8 yrs. old who has been treating at MSKCC under a clinical trial of us after diagnosis Secretory Breast Cancer , the firstly diagnosed cancer in the world since 2016. Before that she was treated at many tertiary hospitals of Bangladesh with no response as no proper diagnosis was made in Bangladesh. Since 2016 we were 19 times for follow up under my leadership. On 27/10/25 we came to MSKCC , New York for 20th Follow up visit and after completing the prerequisite test we are going back to Bangladesh on 1st Nov. 2025 . Now Anjona is fully cure.

Along with our common patient of Professor Dr. Obayedullah- Ferdousi Foundation Cancer and General Hospital Anjona along with her mother under my leadership came to World Renowned Cancer Hospital Sloan Memorial Kettering Cancer Hospital , New York on 27/10/2025 for 20th follow up visit of Anjona who has been from breast cancer since 2010 when she was at age only 8 years. Initially she treated at Chittagong Medical College Hospital, Dhaka Medical College Hospital and National Cancer Institute with mistaken diagnosis. So her general condition deteriorated after getting 19 chemotherapy, 7th times operation and 25 radiotherapy. At last she attended at our hospital at critical condition with metastasis to lungs, bones, liver and elsewhere. Being proud member of Global Cancer Institute, USA , our hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center combinedly diagnosed in 2016 mher as very very rare case Secretory Breast Cancer - the first cancer in the world we discovered, Since then , under my leadership, Anjona and her mother attended 19th times on part of clinical trial and treated with an experimental drug. Now Anjona is fully cure. Please pray for her and us.

গতকাল ৩১/৩/২০২৫ তারিখে ঈদুল ফেতরের আনন্দের রেশ না কাটতে কাটতে আজ ১/৪/২০২৫ তারিখ খালাত ভাই পিরু, কবির , মনির ও শাহজাহানের ডাকে ঈদ পুনর্মিলনী অনুষ্ঠানে যোগ দেবার জন‍্য সকাল ১০টায় আমাদের পাইকপাড়াস্থ লেকভিউ রোডের বাসা থেকে আমাকে, আমার প্রিয় সহধর্মিনী ফেরদৌসী বেগম শিখা, প্রিয় শামিমা নাসরিন ও নাতনী আয়েশাকে নিয়ে নাসরীন বর প্রিয় জাহিদ গাড়ী চালায়ে কেরানীগঞ্জের পলাশপুরের ধলেশ্বরীর নদীর তীরে অবস্থিত নিউ ঢাকা সিটি ইন রিসোর্টে পৌঁছাই। সুন্দর, মনোরম, গ্রামীন পরিবেশে প্রায় ১০০ অতিথিদের পদচারনায়, খেলা ধূলায় , গল্পগুজব, নৌ ভ্রমন , ফটো সেশন, ঘন ঘন চা কফি , কেক, নুডুলস পরিশেষে কাচ্চি বিরানী সাথে মুরগীর রোস্ট, দই, কোল্ড ড্রিংক্স , ফল ফলালি ও কবিরের এএসপি হিসাবে জামালপুরে কর্মস্থান হওয়ায় জামালপুরের অতি সুস্বাদু রস মালাই ভোজন আনন্দের মাত্রা অনেক বাড়িয়ে দেয়। পুরুষ ও মহিলাদের জন‍্য আলাদা সুন্দর ৬ টি কটেজে , প্রতি কটেজে ২টি করে বেড সাথে শোফা সেট ও সুরম‍্য টয়লেট রয়েছে । আর এ রিসোর্টের মালিক আমাদের খালাত ভাই আনসার এডজুডেন্ট মরহুম বাচ্চু ভুঁইয়ার মেঝে মেয়ে নিম্পা ইয়াসমিন ও তাঁর স্বামী মুন।

১ মাস সিয়াম সাধনার পর আজ ও কাল ৩০/৩/২০২৫ এবং ৩১/৩/২০২৫ তারিখ সারা বিশ্বের মুসলিম জাহানের জন‍্য বহুল প্রতিক্ষিত, বহুল কাক্ষিত, বহুল আনন্দ খুশীর দিন পবিত্র ঈদুল ফেতর অনুষ্ঠিত হতে যাচ্ছে। আর মহা খুশীর এ দিনে সমগ্র মুসলীম উম্মাকে জানাই মহান ঈদের শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন । আর আপনাদের সকলের জীবন ভরে উঠুক সুখ, শান্তি, সুস্বাস্থ‍্য ও দীর্ঘায়ুর মহিমায়।

উপিস্থিতিতে ও প্রশাসনিক কর্মকর্তা ডাঃ শাওন চক্রবর্তী, ম‍্যানেজার তৌহিদ চৌধুরী, পাবলিক রিলেশন অফিসার ডাঃ রূপক , ল‍্যাব টেকনেলজিষ্ট বিথি আক্তার, অফিস সহায়ক লিজা বেগম, শাহজাহান চৌধুরীর প্রমূখের সার্বিক সহায়তায় প্রায় ১৫০ জন নর নারীর মাঝে শাড়ী, থ্রি-পিচ, লুঙ্গি ও টাকা বিতরন করা হয়। যাকাত ও দানের উন্নত মানের সামগ্রী পেয়ে উপস্থিত সবাই তাদের সন্তোষ প্রকাশ করে ও ত্রান দাতাদের কাছে কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে , শুকরিয়া প্রকাশ করে ও দোয়া করে।

৩০ লক্ষ শহীদের রক্তের বিনিময়ে ও ২ লক্ষ মা বোনের ইজ্জতের বিনিময়ে ১৯৭১ সনের ১৬ই ডিসেম্বর আমরা অকুতোভয় মুক্তিযোদ্ধারা জাতিরজনক বঙ্গবন্ধুর ডাকে ২৬শে মার্চ ১৯৭১ সনে জীবনকে বাজি রেখে মুক্তি যুদ্ধে ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়েছিলাম বলেই তো আজ আমরা বাংগালীরা স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক। আজ ৫৫ তম স্বাধীনতা দিবসের এ মাহে ক্ষনে কেউ যদি এ দিবসটিকে হেয় করার চেষ্টা করে কিংবা প্রশ্ন বিদ্ধ করে কিংবা কটাক্ষ করে কথা বলে এটা তার নির্বুদ্ধিতা আর দেশপ্রেমে নিয়ে প্রশ্ন বিদ্ধ হবে। তাই সাধু সাবধান।

Being one of the vital member of the Board of Directors of ABC Global Alliance( Advanced Breast Cancer Global Alliance), Europe, I myself attended in 1st virtual meeting of the organising committee on 27th January 2025 at 6.00 to 7.00 pm .
