I completed my EYFS kids yoga course with and am feeling so excited and inspired to give kids the best start in life! 😆

In a kids yoga class of course!
And so, a new journey begins… to bring yoga to as many children as possible.

Christmas is a magical time for families to come together, to give and receive (both presents and presence) and see in a new year!

This year is going to be a little different to “normal” with many spending their festive period alone...

Think about what you can do to offer that someone a little festive cheer whilst safely keeping your distance but lighting up their whole day with your selflessness 💓

2020 has taught me to always look for the good in a dreary day, I always thought of myself as an optimist but as youall know...2020 has been tough and especially hard when you are separated from your family (not only by the virus) but by distance too.

Happy Birthday Breathe Yoga!

It’s been 6 years since I took my first steps into the world of teaching this thing called Yoga.

And 6 years years since I birthed Breathe Yoga 💕

In those 6 years Breathe Yoga has served the community through offering English led Yoga & Hypnobirthing classes across & in Switzerland.

We are still going strong and building community day after day, with new offerings and online courses being added 🎉

What does “core” mean to you?

Is it the essence of your very being or just a place to perfect for your bikini?

Is it what helps you to stand strong and steady in your beliefs or an area you keep hidden away?

Our “core” is the entire region from diaphragm to pelvic floor and provides us with so much more than just a place to hang a belly button ring from...

~ FINDING THE POSITIVE ~

Lockdown has given me the time to step back into my mat and practice with fellow teachers who I have never had the time to go and see personally...

The internet can be such a draining place but when it is used sparingly and with intention... it can provide you with magic 😍
