Prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to prepare your physical, mental, and energetic bodies for childbirth while deepening your connection with your growing baby. It’s also a chance to model self-care from the very beginning—showing your little one, even from within the womb, what it means to nurture and honor yourself.
When baby arrives, I offer postnatal yoga and gentle mom-and-baby sessions designed to support your recovery, restore deep nourishment, and encourage baby’s development through mindful movement and bonding.
