Prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to prepare your physical, mental, and energetic bodies for childbirth while deepening your connection with your growing baby. It’s also a chance to model self-care from the very beginning—showing your little one, even from within the womb, what it means to nurture and honor yourself.

When baby arrives, I offer postnatal yoga and gentle mom-and-baby sessions designed to support your recovery, restore deep nourishment, and encourage baby’s development through mindful movement and bonding.

Solar Gratitude ☀️

Ignite your inner fire with sun salutation sequences meant to ignite your inner fire to awaken digestion, cleanse energy and honor the life-giving light of the sun. This practice invites you to flow with intention, gratitude and presence.

When: Sundays May 4 & 18
Time: 1-2pm

Myofascial Release Workshop (1.5hr)

Unwind deeply held bodily tension and restore mobility with this guided exploration of Myofascial release techniques. We will use props such as massage balls, foam rollers (etc. Supplied for each student) to target tight connective tissue, release stored stress and leave feeling grounded, open and renewed.
