This year we are participating in Period Poverty Awareness Week (May 22nd -28th) a little differently!

In addition to a period product drive, we are hosting a webinar on Thursday, May 25th, where guest speakers (TBA) will discuss the reality of women and girls impacted by lack of access to these products and the path forward toward ending period poverty once and for all.

By hosting this free webinar, we aim to educate intergenerational communities about the bodies and needs of women and girls as we come together to celebrate and advocate for menstrual health.

I wanted to say thank you ❤️

My community consistently shows up for me and I feel so grateful!

I’ve been struggling with second guessing myself about my business this past week.
I was denied (for the first time) to a local market because of “nudity” and that my products/images weren’t family friendly. Of course this is something I strongly disagree with and in my past 2 years of attending markets every one of them was family friendly. I have never before been asked to change what I do or had shame based restrictions put on me for any event.
I’m back at my usual (MACC) market today and I’ve had a lot of positive, uplifting and encouraging remarks 🥰 People have told me how much they love what I do, and have thanked me for showing up to markets and normalizing womb and vaginal health. I am so grateful to all of you for having my back.
Y’all never fail to remind me why I’m here and to keep my passion and fighting spirit alive!

Also a special shout out to Y’all have taken care of your vendors so well and I feel truly supported to know that you believe in my mission.
Thank you for being apart of the growth and change for better in our community ❤️

Flow and Flourish is teaming up with The Seed Theater to bring you a free introduction to menstrual education.

This one hour workshop will touch on:
-The basics of the menstrual cycle
-Learning about the 4 phases
-Hormones in the cycle
-Menstrual products
-How to live more cyclical
-Why its important to be in tune with your cycle

We will be discussing most of the different types of menstrual products on the market and using our anatomical model to explain how menstrual cups work. If you've been curious about the cups this is a great place to start!

Flow And Flourish will be donating one menstrual cup per person as well! (as long as supplies last)

I’ll be at Rosy Soulutions Holistic Holiday Market this Saturday 🎄

The Chickamauga Merchant’s Association is putting on its annual “Downhome Christmas” street fair event on December 10th, 2022 from 10am – 4pm with a Holiday Parade to follow at 6:30pm.

Rosy Soulutions is planning a Holistic Holiday Market in their yoga studio space to celebrate the festivities.
Finish your holiday shopping with unique gifts from local handcrafted, vintage, and holistic wellness vendors. They will have holiday cookies, hot chocolate, raffle prizes, and free door prizes for the kiddos, followed by the holiday parade at 6pm right outside their shop!
