Zoodles & Turkey Meatballs w/ Garlic Red Sauce 🎉

Turkey meatballs:
Fresh Organic Ground Turkey
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Italian Bread Crumbs
Mix, roll, & fry in olive oil (about 10 min each side on medium heat)

Sauté 1 shallot and 2 fresh garlic pods then mix in zoodles & cook until tender
Mix in your favorite pasta sauce or make your own and WALA 😍😇

I food prep T-W-O days at a time.
Why⁉️
Because no one wants to eat 5 day old prepared chicken.
It’s a common reason why people eat healthy for the first half of the week & by Thursday, they’re done with it!
Make a good prep schedule & stick to it.

Different schedules for different people.

Here’s my unique prep schedule:

Sunday: prep lunch for Monday & Tuesday
Dinner is ALWAYS steak & potato night on Sundays in our house 🏡

Monday: I pick a healthy quick meal that I can throw together in under 10 minutes and have ready in 25 minutes for dinner

Tuesday: this is my half day from work so it is my B-I-G prep day!
I prep lunch for Wednesday & Thursday.
I pick a yummy healthy dinner for Tuesday night AND I cook a slow cooked crock pot dinner for Wednesday & Thursday night.
My schedule is SLAMMED the last half of the week, so this is the best way to prep for the rest of the week.

Friday- FULL BLOWN LEFT OVER DAY! Any leftovers are lunch & if there is enough for dinner we will do that too. If not, I usually do a quick fish recipe like tuna cakes or salmon 🍣

Pic recipe:
Roasted Chicken with pepper, garlic, sea salt, and olive oil
Baked sweet potato w/ soy free butter, apple pie spices, light organic brown sugar, and a pinch of sea salt
Mixed organic greens, green onion, tomato, & fresh mozzarella cheese w/ Caesar dressing!
