SIMPLICITY
For so many years, I had no idea life was meant to be simple. I thought complexity meant depth. That being busy, layered, and always doing was how you created meaning. But the truth?
✨️Simplicity is the depth.✨️
And this ⏫️ still blows my mind.
How do I embody it? Now it’s one of the first thing I ask myself before I start or create anything, how can I simplify this?
I know very few people who do this exceptionally well, and when I’m around them, they’re my idols. Simplicity isn’t laziness; it’s an art form. A real way of life.
It’s taken forty-something years to finally hit the nail on the head; to stop adding fluff like I’m working in a soft toy factory. I’ve been exploring this idea since my twenties, but only now am I truly embodying it, catching myself when I start to overcomplicate (which still happens, let’s be real).
The difference now is that I can see it. I have the awareness and the tools.
Back then, I knew I was the chaos builder in the room, but I didn’t know how to shift it. Fast forward to now, I have a whole toolkit that helps me recalibrate and strip things back. Importantly though, its now embedded in me, as if I've rewired the operating system.
Because simplicity isn’t about less it’s about alignment. It’s the space where energy, creativity, and clarity finally have room.
It’s also the work I now dedicate my life to, helping others return to that same still point within themselves and aligning to a beautiful state of coherence.
If you know something’s ready for change, even if you don’t quite know where to start, I’m here to help you reprogram your own operating system for something new to rise.
Much love
