有好多人問我由2016年開始走減肥嘅路
問我一共減左幾多磅或者幾多斤
到現在2024年10月已經減左多於100磅
2016年-35kg
2017年-10kg
2018年-15kg
2019年-15kg
2020年-2022停工
2023年-12kg
2024年-10kg
當然咁多年中間有重左啦
都係果句啦重左咪減囉
我覺得有努力問心無愧就得啦
唔好諗咁多就好好多啦
