Hi Fellow Froggies! I hope everyone is doing as well as possible during this holiday season. Remember to pace yourselves and to HE-double HOCKY STICKS what anyone else has to say about that. Be kind and gentle to yourself. Remember, no one knows exactly how you feel, or exactly how hard things like this can personally affect your health.

On another note, I have a way you can make Christmas a little better for another person, withOUT it taxing your own body out lol. my youngest daughter is my mothers HHA, besides being a massage therapist. My mom is close to 82yrs old, with dementia and has suffered multiple strokes. Her work is having a contest and I would LOVE for her to win. She's never won anything in her 29yrs of life and it would mean the world for her to win. PLEASE click the photo, then "like" the photo of her tree on her works fb page. I also ask that you please share my post & ask your friends & family to do the same. Her and another person are neck & neck and keep jumping back & forth as to who's in first place!

Goal accomplished for today!! Those of you close to me know that I finished a series of individual niche certifications to obtain an overall Master Life Coach certification. Those of you close to me also know I applied for (that was sure a process too, let me tell ya lol) and received an NPI number to bill insurance as a coach. What MOST people DON'T know though, is that after I finished all of that, I paid for another series of niche certifications to obtain an overall Master Mindset Coach certification. Today, I finished my course to be a certified REBT Mindset Coach! I still have three more niche certifications to obtain my overall Master certification but I sure feel accomplished having completed one of the four today, and receving my certification certificate lol.

Besides the Master Mindset Coach courses, I also signed up to become a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach. Many of you know my own personal weightloss journey I've been on and how nutrition and maintaining a healthy weight are so very important to me. Once I finish this course, I'll be able to tailor diet and exercise regimens to each person individually, based upon their needs. I'm so excited for this one, where I'm personally invested in it! So, although I still have 3 classes to finish to obtain my overall Master Mindset Certification, I'm putting that on hold to dive into the Health & Nutrition class next lol.

You are never too young or too old to learn. You are never too young or too old to change. You are never too young or too old to go after your dreams! I'm living proof folks, and I can help you to obtain your goals and dreams!
