Hello all, I'm back in Plymouth after a lovely trip to Scotland, and have the following available appointments for the rest of this week. This is the few days of my introductory offer of £25 for 60 minutes, so get in fast!

✅️Friday 5-6pm
✅️Saturday 9-10am, 3-4pm, 5-6pm
✅️Sunday 4-5pm

As of 1st May, my new pricing will be £35 for 60 minute deep tissue sports massage. I offer 10% discount for any NHS employees or blue light card holders.

Hi all, and welcome!

I'm Frankie, owner of Peak performance Massage.

I am a keen hiker, and a passionate runner (before my knees aged 20 years overnight), and have had a passion for fitness for as long as I can remember. I worked for years in corporate desk jobs, unsatisfied, and knowing that I wanted more fulfilment from my work. Being able to help people through massage has been incredibly rewarding, I am able to give people the release needed to continue their loved hobbies pain-free, and with a spring in their step.

I am a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, I offer deep tissue sports maintenance massage, and remedial massage. I am currently studying towards my Level 4 Diploma which will give me the ability to treat specific injuries through massage treatment.

I am already overwhelmed and so grateful for the support that the Plymouth community has extended to me on this journey. If you have any questions on how I can help you reach your next peak, whatever that may be, please get in touch through Messenger.
