Right elbows flared up so I had to modify. No biggie.
On Fridays my goal is just to get my heart rate up and have fun.
Today was all left arm exercises, bodyweight and core.
Circuit 1:
Alternating Steps Up 4x20 Total
Bilateral Shoulders Elevated Hip Lift 4 x 10
Mountain Climbers 4 x 20 Total
Circuit 2:
1 Arm Swing 4 x 8
1 Arm Sn**ch 4 x 8
Bodyweight Squat 4 x 20
Circuit 3:
Walking Lunges 4 x 30 Yards
Kettlebell Row 4 x 10
Stability Ball Body Saw 4 x 10
Finished with a 20 min walk on the treadmill
