I have always seen heard and felt spirit. After experiencing what is called "the dark night of the soul" I realized that I needed to share my gift with the world. I have since trained and expanded my knowledge and experience to be able to bring messages to you from spirit. Along the way, I have found Reiki Healing. Reiki is the Japanese method of healing (much like Chinese Acupuncture but with out needles) Reiki is the laying of hands and offering of healing energy. It is used to help release old emotions that we no longer need to carry or even realize that we are still holding onto. Reiki is used for not just emotional release but also aides in physical healing as well. Reiki is now being offered in hospitals before, during and after surgeries to promote healing, less pain medications and better response to chemotherapy. Not gonna lie—- I’ve been going though it.
Healing brings forward old patterns, old emotions, and quite a bit arrives into presence for review.
I need to learn how to feel safe.
I need to reprogram my body to know what it feels like to TRUST.

We often want to see big changes in our lives—new opportunities, healthier relationships, more peace, or success.

The sunlight peaking through this tree caught my eye.
I watched this glorious interaction of ✨light ✨ and 🌳tree 🌳
It was if they were old friends sharing in a magical dance
how the light (she) moved around and through him (the tree)
how glorious to witness
I long to be the ✨light✨- to flicker and flow, to tickle and caress
I long to be the 🌳tree🌳 - to sway and swing, to anchor and breathe.
I love our planet. 🌎
I love awareness 🔆
I love life 💎

My path to 🤘🏻Rocking my AUTHENTIC SELF this past year has not been easy peasy lemon 🍋 squezzy!

I have taken some deep dives into my patterns, my thoughts, my language, and with ease and grace, I emerge closer to my unique and integrated self.
✨
No longer coloring my hair (we will see how long that lasts), no longer pleasing others first, saying No when I need to, and so much more.
✨
I would love to share with you what I have learned, the skills and techniques that have helped me become more aligned in the day to day.
