🌙🕯️ Evening Reset Ritual — Shakti Mat + Herbal Stillness.
💖Some evenings don’t need fixing…
they need softening.💖
🙏Lately I’ve been returning to a simple ritual, of using my Shakti Matt after a cold quick shower and some gentle yoga to relax my mind, I've been manifesting and using meditation to claim 30 minutes to myself- using different frequencies to remove trauma and heal on a cell level.
✨ a candle lit, or turn on mood lights, to create a womb atmosphere, making the save safe and regulated. A salt lamp is perfect, if sometimes like me- smells can be a stimulus.
✨ something warm brewing, in the evening it's a camomile for calm, I've returned to a trusted favourite- yogi tea: sweet chai Ayurvedic blend of anise, fennel and liquorice.
✨ If yoga is difficult, just sitting cross legged, hands on your knees, keeping your arms straight, inhale and hold your breath, flexing your spine and and fourth as many times as you can before you exhale, for about 5-10 minutes, before 20 minutes on a Shakti mat.
At first, it’s intense…
but then the body gives in, the breath slows,
and everything that felt loud… quietens.
It’s not just about the mat —
it’s about creating a moment where your nervous system feels safe enough to let go.

😆 Last night, I fell asleep upon mine and woke an hour and a half later. Yes, covered in marks, but that the point to a pressure point matt.. lol 😆
