Dr. Cook is back in-office with a limited scheduled and limited duty. If you are suffering from neck, upper back, or an extremity condition, please call either office at 760-632-5445 or 619-640-1995 to schedule. Dr. Cook should be back to a full schedule and full duty mid-October. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dr. Cook is out of the office on medical leave for the next four to six weeks. We do have chiropractors who have offered to see our urgent patients if needed, so please follow-up with the office for that information. We will have a return date provided, once more time has gone by. Thank you.

Dr. Cook will be out of the office, recovering from hip surgery, beginning August 22, 2022. Right now, his time off estimated is at least four weeks, but it could be up to eight weeks. We will have options available to you for emergent visit situations and will have the information for those on the recording once Dr. Cook started his time off.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our lives, our focus remains around the well-being of our patients and employees as our top priority.

To ensure that we collectively protect the health and well-being of all Californians, California has ordered a statewide mask mandate and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccine status, for at least the next four weeks (December 15, 2021 through January 15, 2022).

Our office is included in this statewide mask mandate, and masks will be required upon entering.

While we continue to wear our masks, sanitize tables after each patient, limit our waiting room to max 3, we are happy to let you know that Dr. Cook, Chris, and Kathy are all vaccinated for COVID-19. We want to make sure our patients and staff are as safe as possible. In return, we please ask that you put on your mask prior to entering our office, keeping your nose and mouth covered at all times, and please give other patients sufficient space, when waiting to check in or out with the front desk. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe while in our office. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dr. Cook will be in Encinitas on Monday, December 30 (regular hours), and in San Diego on Tuesday, December 31 until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, both offices will be closed and then Dr. Cook will be out of town through Sunday, January 5. After that, both offices will return to normal hours. We wish you all a happy & safe New Year!

Happy holidays! Our Encinitas office will be closed Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25, and our San Diego office will be closed Wednesday, December 25, and Thursday, December 26. We wish you & yours the happiest of holidays!!

Our office will be closed April 19-22, 2019, due to the building being tented. We will have limited access to email, but will not have access to our phones during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Dr. Cook will be out of town the week of February 25, 2019, returning to the office on March 4, 2019. Chris will be in the office from 8a-2p M-Th of that week to return phone calls and schedule appointments for when he returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
