I was younger, I never did fit in. I was always a loner and had the most vivid imagination. I have always had a “knowing” of things. An ability to create whatever future I wanted. This ability to create is ultimately what led me to this stage in my life. I want to help others create the futures they desire; to find out whats most important to a person. I personally use card reading as a compass to see where I am headed, and what I most need to pay attention to. The predictions in a reading are like projections in business, we use known factors and apply different variables to see the most probable outcome. The reading tells a story, and I translate the cards story into English using intuition and human archetype narratives, providing a different analytical perspectives to consider and remove personal bias. Often, we are too close to a situation to see clearly. I get right to the point and offer spiritual suggestions to align your energy in four main areas, mind, body, soul, and social. We are all simply spiritual beings having a human experience. I use Reiki to heal myself from the past and to break toxic beliefs and habits. I have overcome addictions and relationships through my personal spiritual practice. I believe Reiki is an ultimate healer and wouldn't go without it. Over the years, Reiki has worked with me to develop a comprehensive procedure for a professional reiki session. It is my sincere hope and intention that it inspires an even greater respect for this wondrous energy and offers a new perspective on its effectiveness and emerging status as a mainstream healing modality. As a Reiki practitioner, it is essential for me to continue elevating the practice of Reiki as we move into the New Consciousness. This extraordinary gift, and those whom it serves, deserve nothing less. Additionally, it is important to remember that because Reiki is self-evolving and developing, it continues to teach us how best to be of service. I believe that Reiki guides each and every one of us to the style and practice that is optimal for us as individuals the best way is the one that is right for you! With this in mind, I have discovered, through Reiki’s guidance, the practice that I outline in “The Professional Reiki Session” allows me to hold a safe space of unconditional caring for my clients so that I may be a clear channel for its healing and insight.

Your body isn't overreacting.

It's protecting you.

When your shoulders won't drop, when your breath stays shallow, when you can't seem to relax no matter how quiet the house gets — your nervous system isn't broken. It's doing exactly what it learned to do.

The problem isn't the response. The problem is that your body never got the signal that the danger passed.

That's survival mode. Not a character flaw. Not anxiety you need to push through. Just a protective response that got stuck.

I asked some of the women who've come to the circle what they'd want someone on the fence to know.
Here's what they said:
"I didn't know how much I needed to be in a room full of women who actually understood. I cried and I didn't even feel embarrassed about it."
"I came in with my armor on and left feeling like I could breathe again. I don't know how to explain it other than — something released."
"I've done therapy for years. This hit something different. Deeper. Like my body finally got a chance to say what it's been holding."
"The part I didn't expect was how funny and warm it was. I thought it was going to be heavy. It was — but it was also just... really good to be with women who get it."

If you've ever said "I know what happened to me — I just can't seem to move on" — this is for you.
Talk therapy is valuable. I'm not here to tell you it isn't.
But there's something it often misses.
Trauma doesn't live in your thoughts. It lives in your body.
It lives in the tension your shoulders have held for years. In the way your stomach drops before certain conversations. In the clenched jaw you only notice at the end of a long day.
Your body has been holding the story even when your mind thought it moved on.
That's not a failure of therapy. That's simply how the nervous system works. It stores what couldn't be processed. And the only way to release what's stored in the body is to work with the body.
Not by force. Not by reliving anything.
By learning to slow down enough to feel what's there — and giving your nervous system permission to finally let it go.
That's somatic healing. And it's why women who have "tried everything" often find that this is the piece that was missing.

I want to tell you what actually happens inside the Women's Grounding Circle — because I know "energy healing" and "somatic practices" can sound a little out there if you've never experienced them.
So here's the real picture:
You walk in. Music is playing. Tea is ready. You pick a seat.
We start by slowing down — not meditating in silence, just letting your body arrive. Most of us spend our whole day in our heads. The first thing we do is come back down.
We go around the circle. You share one word, one feeling, one thing you carried in the door. You don't have to explain anything. You don't have to have it together. You just have to show up.
Then I teach you something — about your nervous system, your body, why you feel what you feel. Not clinical and cold. Warm. Real. The kind of information that makes you go, "Oh. That's what that is."
Then we do the actual body work together. Gentle. Self-led. You're always in control.
This month, we're working with interoception — your body's ability to sense itself from the inside. Most of us have lost touch with that. We're going to find it again.
We close with guided self-Reiki — your own hands, your own healing energy.
And then the part women always say is their favorite: we just talk. Tea in hand. Real conversation with women who get it.
That's the circle. No performance. No pressure. Just women coming home to themselves, together.

Your nervous system isn't broken.
It's protecting you.
Here's what I mean:
When we experience stress, overwhelm, or trauma — our nervous system does its job. It goes into protection mode. Fight. Flight. Or freeze.
The problem isn't that it fires. The problem is when it gets stuck there.
And here's what stuck can look like in real life:
→ You're exhausted but can't rest. → Your shoulders live up by your ears. → You react to small things in ways that surprise even you. → You feel numb, flat, or like you're just going through the motions. → You lie awake at 2am with a quiet hum of anxiety you can't explain.
That's not a character flaw. That's a dysregulated nervous system that never got the signal that the danger passed.

Not through willpower. Not through thinking your way out of it.
