Woohoo!
It's official. The results are in on our first publishable study on a Solle product - Renūe.
The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy of ReNūe on anxiety levels in college students.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, a 2019 study reported that over 70% of surveyed students reported concern with anxiety, with 19% reporting moderate anxiety and another 16% reporting severe anxiety (Othman et al., 2019). One year into the COVID pandemic, 82% of students who reported increased mental health concerns had increased anxiety in particular (Survey of College Student Mental Health in 2020, 2020).
Results from the study found significant results in self-reported anxiety decreasing after the intake of ReNūe and reliably doing so within 30 minutes of ingestion. Researchers also found that anxiety decreased over time with the use of ReNūe, which held true for all dosage schedules in the study.
The complete and official study has yet to be published, but we are so excited to be able to share a sneak peek of these results with you! There truly is power in a mind-body philosophy. 💙
