I used to roll my eyes when people told me to:

🙄 Eat more protein at breakfast.

I mean… does it really make that big a difference?!

But one day, I decided to give it a shot. You know, just to be open-minded and not dismiss what might actually work.

And guess what?
💡 My energy felt steady all morning—no more crashing by 10am!
💡 I didn’t feel like I needed a second breakfast to survive.
💡 And I wasn’t staring at the clock, waiting for lunchtime so I could feast.

Now? It’s baked into my everyday routine, and I don’t even have to think about it.

Craving something savory you can grab and go—but don’t want to rely on protein bars or processed snacks?

These Turkey & Veggie Wrap-Ups are your new favorite!

✔️ High in protein
✔️ Crunchy, flavorful, and satisfying
✔️ No cooking required!

Here’s what you need (makes 6 wrap-ups):

6 slices cooked nitrate-free turkey or chicken breast
6 thin slices of cucumber or bell pepper strips
6 small slices of avocado
Handful of baby spinach or arugula
2 tbsp hummus
Everything bagel seasoning or black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Lay out one slice of turkey, spread a thin layer of hummus across it.
2️⃣ Add a few leaves of spinach, a strip of cucumber or pepper, and a slice of avocado.
3️⃣ Sprinkle with seasoning, then roll it up!
4️⃣ Secure with a toothpick if needed and toss them in a container for easy, on-the-go snacking.

That’s it—fresh, filling, and full of flavor.

I used to think being “healthy” meant this:
❌ Strict meal plans that felt suffocating.
❌ Never skipping an intense workout, even on my worst days.
❌ Saying no to all the fun stuff—because who needs joy when you’re trying to be healthy, right?

And where did that actually get me? Nowhere except feeling defeated.

Until one day, I finally asked myself… What if this were simpler?

So I tried a little self-coaching and asked myself:
👉 What’s one simple action I can take today to move toward my hormonal harmony goals?

And then—I did it. That’s when my transformation began.

Once I nailed ONE simple habit, I stacked the next one in a way that worked for my life, like:
💡 Swapping out all-day meal prep for go-to meals that I actually enjoyed making.
💡 Only making a couple of my workouts hardcore—because we all deserve some fun! 😉
💡 Stopping the negative self-talk and reminding myself that I’m always just one small action away from progress.
💡🥳 Enjoying the occasional skinny margarita with "My Girls" instead of making it something that was "bad" for me that I should feel guilty about!

And guess what? Those small actions stuck… and over time, they added up to big, lasting changes.

This is your reminder that small isn’t insignificant. It’s sustainable, and (the best part) it works.
