Gratitude isn’t just about making a list of things you’re thankful for. It’s about tuning into the moments, sensations, and experiences that make your heart feel full. It’s about noticing what brings you alive—the first sip of coffee in the morning, the way sunshine feels on your face, the sound of laughter that’s so magical it stops you in your tracks.
Here’s the beautiful truth: when you take time to really feel what you love, you’re telling the Universe, “Yes, more of this, please.” Gratitude is a gateway to manifesting more of what lights you up. The more you acknowledge and appreciate what fills your cup, the more of it flows into your life.
