Story
Spencer grew up on a farm in Adrian, OR. He played many sports throughout high school, including football, wrestling, track, tennis, and golf. With these sports he became acquainted with several shoulder and knee injuries. Since then he has become passionate about rehabilitation and recovery.
Spencer graduated from Cortiva Institute and emphasizes his work in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques. He is also finishing his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University.
Spencer got married in Payson, UT in December of 2018. He and his wife Sadie enjoy having dance parties, watching Netflix, going swimming, on hikes, and just about anything in the sun.
