Are you like me, where making time for ourselves has NEVER been easy? Although I've always enjoyed fitness, life has always seemed to get in the way. Life was filled with activities for the kids, trying to fit in time with my husband, or just being too tired to care to do anything. It's taken 40 years for me to figure out a lifestyle that works for me! I had tried diets and binged on the sweats I

had tried giving up until I finally realized that there CAN be a healthy balance that works. I'm a mom of grown boys, wife, middle school teacher, reiki master, lover of health and fitness....just trying to balance it all! �

💜Time out for vacation!! 💜

Last week I was tired of playing referee between students in my classroom. I was in the office and said that I needed a shirt & a whistle. Our wonderful office secretary grabbed me a whistle and my assistant principal brought me a shirt. 😍

The next day, I pulled out the yellow and red flags! 🚩

My Story

Up and down the weight loss roller coaster....this is how I spent most of my life. Go to the gym...life gets in the way....fall off the wagon....go to the gym again...life gets in the way....try at home workouts....life gets in the way....go back to the gym... I think you get my point.

It took me quite a while to find what has ACTUALLY WORKED for me. Something that I’ve been able to be consistent with since February of 2014....even when life tries to get in the way.

What is this magic secret? Well...it isn’t really a secret at all. It includes fitness, nutrition, and....one of the key ingredients I had been missing all those years...SUPPORT.

With these key ingredients, along with my own personal development, I’ve been able to gain energy, confidence, and find the right lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off without feeling like I am depriving myself.
