Happy Hump Day morning! I lift weights four days a week, but Wednesdays have become my day to target my flexibility and mobility. If youβre lifting (or spinning, or walking, or running) it is imperative that you incorporate mobility work to aid in recovery, injury prevention, and overall well-being. I honestly just feel and move better when Iβm practicing yoga regularly. How are you working on your own mobility today? βπΎππ
