Let’s talk recovery prep. 💪💗

Surgery is just one part of the journey—what happens after matters just as much. Setting yourself up for a smoother recovery starts before you even leave for the hospital. Here are a few tips from people who’ve been there 👇

👜 Pack with purpose: Front-zip or button-down tops, a small pillow for the car ride home, and comfort items (chapstick, cozy socks, headphones).
🏠 Home setup = game changer: Create a little “recovery zone” with everything you need within arm’s reach—snacks, meds, water, phone charger.
💧 Drain hacks: Belt bag in the shower. Notes app to track output. These small things help you stay on top of it all.
🌸 Your pace is the right pace: Some days you’ll feel strong. Other days, not so much. Both are part of healing.
