“When practicing the Healing Movements move your hands and legs as slowly as possible. The slower, the better. This will allow you to feel the energy better and more easily experience the emptiness.”

When practicing Qigong meditations with repetitive movements, in a slow, gentle, and controlled way, you will find that, your energy is no longer scattered and the connection you feel as your body, mind, and heart are all brought together, is truly something so beautiful, so powerful, you simply must experience its healing power, for yourself.

And always remember GOOD, BETTER, BEST. Any Qigong you make time for no matter how slow or fast your movement is will always be GOOD.

SP 4 – Yellow Emperor (Gongsun 公孫)
🌾 The ultimate point to soothe your digestion and balance the Chong!

📍 Location:
Distal and inferior to the base of the 1st metatarsal bone, at the junction of the red & white skin.

💡 Tip: This point is not only powerful for digestive harmony but also emotionally grounding—especially during times of hormonal imbalance.
• Regulates digestion – for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain (especially from emotional eating), loose stools, and diarrhea
• Harmonizes the Chong Vessel – great for irregular menstruation and lack of breast milk
• Eases emotional upset affecting digestion and me**es
• Combines beautifully with PC 6 for any reproductive system concerns

An important part of meditation is to keep the focus on the breathing.

You inhale through your nose, and exhale through your nose, because these cavities are the closest to the brain and to the pineal gland.

When you breathe gently slowly, and smoothly, you can get more Qi to your brain, and you can stimulate your third eye faster.

Inhale energy coming in,

when you exhale, you feel the energy going out.

Do it slowly and gently.

In Spring Forest Qigong active exercises or sitting meditations, I encourage to use your nose to breathe as much as you can..

Except at the very beginning, when we are activating/detoxifying our Qi (bouncing) we breathe out through the mouth for the 2 or 3 minutes and then..

During our meditation practice be breathe in through the nose and out through the nose. (this helps us retain more Qi)

💚 Stimulate Your Lymph & Liver System — Naturally!

This easy self-healing technique helps open energy flow in your lymph and liver systems by activating a key point on the Large Intestine channel.

HOW TO:
🖐 Hold your left arm at a 90° angle, forearm parallel to the floor
💧 Form your right hand like a cup (as if holding water)
👏 Gently but firmly pat the top of your left forearm — about 1 inch below the elbow
🔁 Repeat for several seconds — feel the Qi awaken!

She is coming! Mercury stations retrograde tomorrow until August 11 in the sign of Leo.

Mercury is considered the messenger of the gods, so this is a highly intuitive time where Mercury travels through the depths of our subconscious, revealing to us all we have pushed away, buried, ignored, or overlooked.
