Something I am starting to know is that the relationship and journey with my body is also my teaching. This has been and still is a wild ride of highs and lows. One thing though is how important my own regulation is on this path.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a very important part of how I regulate myself. It helps me stay grounded when challenges arise. Instead of reacting from a place of overwhelm and stress I am able to come from a place of calm and logic.
I definitely don't get it right all the time and still can really be hard on myself, however I now have this amazing bucket of tools and EFT being one of them that I can use to help me feel safe and calm again.
I am starting to feel grateful for my journey with my body and for the awesome tools that I have learnt to be able to give myself safety and build capacity within my body to be able to hold what life throws at me.
