ការព្រួយបារម្ភ: មនុស្សគ្រប់គ្នាមានការព្រួយបារម្ភ ឬភ័យខ្លាចពេលប្រឈមមុខបញ្ហាឬស្ថានភាពសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជាការប្រឡង ការនិយាយជាសាធារណ: ឬការផ្លាស់ប្តូរដ៏ធំមួយ។ នេះជាការឆ្លើយតបធម្មជាតិនៃរាងកាយ (flight or fight response).

ការថប់បារម្ភ: កើតឡើងនៅពេលការភ័យខ្លាច ឬការព្រួយបារម្ភមានភាពភ័យខ្លាចខ្លាំងពេក យូរពេក និងមិនអាចគ្រប់គ្រងបាន ដល់ថ្នាក់រំខានដល់ជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។

នេះជាការយល់ឃើញដែលមិនត្រឹមត្រវនៅពេលគ្រីស្ទានបដិសេធអារម្មណ៍ និងមិនយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះអារម្មណ៍ ដោយគិតថាអារម្មណ៍មិនគួរទុកចិត្ត ឬមិនអាចទុកចិត្តបាន ដោយសារអារម្មណ៍វាឡើងចុះ។
ព្រះបានបង្កើតអារម្មណ៍សម្រាប់មនុស្សគ្រប់គ្នា ព្រះយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះអារម្មណ៍ ក៏ដូចនឹងជីវិតខាងព្រលឹងវិញ្ញាណដែរ។

1ពេត្រុស 5:7 “ថ្វាយការព្រួយបារម្ភរបស់អ្នក ព្រោះព្រះមានព្រហឬទ័យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះអ្នក” - ព្រះអង្គអញ្ជើញអ្នកអោយយល់អំពីអារម្មណ៍របស់អ្នក ហើយថ្វាយអារម្មណ៍នោះទៅកាន់ព្រះអង្គ គឺទ្រង់បង្ហាញពីការខ្វល់ខ្វាយរបស់ទ្រង់ចំពោះអ្នក។

រ៉ូម 12:15 “ ចូរអរសប្បាយជាមួយអ្នកណានឹងអរសប្បាយ ហើយយំជាមួយអ្នកណាដែរយំជាមួយផង” - ព្រះត្រាស់ហៅប្រជាជនរបស់ទ្រង់ដើម្បីចែករំលែកអារម្មណ៍ទៅកាន់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការបង្កើតរបស់ទ្រង់សម្រាប់ការយល់ចិត្ត និងការផ្សារភ្ចាប់អារម្មណ៍។

✨ មិនថាអ្នកជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ឬជាអ្នកជំនួយ ជាអ្នកជួយដល់មុន្ស ឬជាអ្នកដែលព្រះបានត្រាស់ហៅក្នុងការបំរើ។ កម្មវិធីនេះនឹងជួយអ្នកក្នុងការជួយដល់មនុស្សដែលអ្នកកំពុងបំរើកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងមានអត្ថន័យ។

📍បានចាប់ផ្តើមការចុះឈ្មោះពីឥលូវនេះនៅសាលាព្រះគម្ពីរ CBI និងពត៌មានលំអិតនៅក្នងខិតិបណ្ឌ័។ រស់រាន់ឡើង កន្លែងមានកំណត់។
