Comforting words
The Holy Scriptures report many parables of Jesus healing physical bodies, minds, and Spirits: parables of "The blind man," "the woman with an issue of blood," "The man with leprosy," etc. The word healing itself is written 130 times in the Bible.
To anyone facing the challenges of physical or mental sickness, to our home or hospital caregivers, remember that God, Jehovah-Rapha, still heals. Healing may not be spontaneous but rather gradual and circular. It may come from a physical means, involve medication, or it may happen through a miracle. Anyone experiencing healing today, embrace and believe in your healing. Stand up and keep stepping forward! May the following Bible verse brings you peace and hope and give you strength to cope:

"This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you."" (New International Bible, 2 kings 20:5).
