We are looking for people who have symptoms of RLS and are asking them to complete this questionnaire. The time that it will take, to answer the questionnaire, will depend upon how many questions are answered ‘yes’ and expanded upon; although we do anticipate the questionnaire 10-15 minutes, on average.

If you do not feel that the questionnaire is relevant to yourself, but know someone who is experiencing symptoms, please pass it on to them as we would appreciate as many completed questionnaires as possible. We are wanting to identify associated factors with RLS and we want to contribute towards future research.

Thank you in advance.
