- 3/4 cup almond or nut butter
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 6 eggs or vegan eggs made of chia, flax or psyllium husk
- 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp baking soda
- splash of apple cider vinegar
- pinch of sea salt
- 1-2 tbsp @lakanto maple syrup (optional)
~ bake at 350 for 35 minutes ~

Chocolate paleo protein pancakes using @parsleyhealth rebuild protein powder 🥞🥞🥞

1/4 cup ground flax seeds, 1/4 cup rebuild protein powder (I used the chocolate flavor), 1/4 cup pumpkin or apple sauce (in place of one egg), vanilla bean powder, 1/3 cup nut milk, cinnamon to taste. Cook on stove top in coconut oil (low temp for best results) and top with berries.
