Our Story

Nurturing Care, Nurturing Nurses & Midwives formed as an international group of nurses and midwives from all levels of experience and many areas of practice; to develop a website dedicated to exploring the health & wellbeing of Nurses and Midwives whilst inspiring greater awareness of the value we all hold.

Our aim is to encourage and support the return of a deeply nurturing workforce, one that regards caring for ourselves and each other as equally important to the care that we provide to our patients.

This nurturing quality is something that is a natural part of who we all are, but is often placed aside for the many other tasks or needs of others that are given our priority.
