DREAMS 💫⁣

I’m sitting here in “re-entry” to my life after an amazing 5 days away at a fit coach retreat! I’m so filled from the inside out, and even with piles of laundry to do, rain pouring outside, no groceries, a million work things to do...but nothing can take me down from being on cloud nine! ⁣

This past weekend, top coaches and a corporate guru were there to teach us and challenge us to dig even deeper! We were asked to write down all the ways Fit Coaching has transformed our lives. ⁣
You may be surprised, as I was, by some of my answers:⁣

• Quit my full-time day job⁣
• More confidence in myself ⁣
• WAY better, more present mom⁣
• Make myself a priority⁣
• Not afraid of failure ⁣
• Consistency with my workouts & nutrition⁣
• Setting an example of health for my family ⁣
