It’s part of the system that supports how you breathe, how you move, and how you age.

Every breath you take involves your diaphragm, deep core, and pelvic floor working together.

When that coordination is off because of chronic tension, shallow breathing, pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, or years of pushing through workouts, the pelvic floor often absorbs the strain.

That’s when symptoms like leakage, pressure, heaviness, or pain can show up.
