RECOVERY - A vital and often overlooked or under done aspect for many who are putting in the hard yards at the gym.
Make sure you’re stretching daily as well as before and after a workout, concentrate on getting good quality sleep - aim for over 7 hours and make sure you’re rested for at least 30 minutes before shut eye, make sure you’re getting some sun on your body and consume your daily vitamins and minerals, especially magnesium, zinc, calcium, iron and vitamins A, B, C and D. Supplement if you can’t hit the daily recommendation!!
